​EIT Food Accelerator Network (FAN) is a three-month curated acceleration launchpad for AgriFoodTech startups, delivered in a hybrid format across six innovation Hubs across Europe. Viikki Food Design Factory runs EIT FAN - Helsinki Hub, supporting teams that are tackling one of the most pressing challenges we face today: turning our food production from linear to circular.
